Here is an excerpt from one of my novels called Monster Love!
Prologue
Inside a Lab downstairs inside the castle on the hill in aurora
Doctor Halle was inside his lab setting up equipment and the table where he soon will place his created son. At that he envisioned him to be created and alive once he was done creating his son from the parts he stole from the graveyard and water.
He decided to finally, gather all the parts, which is every human male, and fish parts that he will soon make into his new found son that he envisioned him to be created like and for him to be the father to his newly created son.
He finally got all the parts on the table, he decided that the final par was the head and neck he envisioned his son would have. He decided to get that as soon as everything was set up just as he wanted for his perfect envisioned son that he wanted him to be like.
When all the parts both fish and man were set up and created perfect he finally got the head and neck and put them on the top of his son and sewn and stapled it. Then once that was done he began to set up the machines.
Everything that was on either side of his son and over his son for the right jolt of electricity from the lightening to make his son alive.
Well and for him to be the father he always envisioned for him to be for his created perfect son that he wanted him to be like. How he wanted him to act like as well, as look like when he was finished created and making his son alive.
When he was done setting up his machines to help his created son be alive.
He hears the thunder and the bad storm running and heading towards his castle, smirked, and then smiled knowing that this is his chance to have his alive and not stay dead.
He noticed that the window up in the middle of the ceiling is open, he knew that the lightening was heading straight for his window at the middle of the ceiling.
He just waited a little bit and stepped back from his machines and the antenna that stood and hovered over his son as well as the machines on either side of him.
He stood near a wall and started to get excited that he could finally have his son be alive that he envisioned him to be when he created him.
He decided to go back to his machines that were on both sides of his son and start them up. The antenna is hovering over the top of his son he got that ready and then stepped back just as the lightening and the thunderstorm is getting close to the window.
He looked up at the window in the middle of the ceiling, he noticed that the lightning and thunder of the storm was getting way close to the window.
He knew he is getting excited for it because his son that he created that is going to be alive he thought is his greatest project that he ever created in the world and the town he lived in.
When he heard the lightening start and the lightening went down from the window in the middle of the ceiling as well as the thunderstorm hovered over it. He watched as the lightning struck the antenna with the antenna went and struck the appliances that he bought that were on both sides of his son.
He smiled when he noticed again that the antenna it struck that hit the appliances to electrocute his son to be alive. He also struck his son’s chest and as soon as the lightening started to go away. After a second and third strike he decided to wait for his son to wake up and be alive.
He kept waiting and waiting and waiting more, until he almost gave up, and was about to leave after getting bored from waiting and chucking his experiment.
Until he saw movement out of the corner of his eye, he smiled then became excited. He knew when he watched again and paid attention again that he saw that his son’s hands began to move, then his arms,
Afterwards his chest was going up and down like he is breathing then his feet and legs began to move.
Doctor Halle decided to get closer and he left where he stood to walk and over to the table that held the straps of his son.
He undid the straps that were holding his son, just as he watched his son’s neck and head move as well as his face as if he is waking up and soon got excited when his son soon opened his eyes.
He went up to the table while he grabbed some clothes for his son that he created from fish and man parts.
H
e noticed that his son had blue eyes, and had long dark hair, when his son looked at him.
He smiled at his son, and said to him, "I am your father son I brought you some clothes to wear for right now." "you will be in since it’s not good for you to go naked and not have clothes alright son.”
His son looked at him as his father he assumed stepped closer to him and brought him some clothes to wear which he when Doctor Halle approached. He is close to him he noticed his son take the clothes from him, and Doctor Halle turned his back around so his son can get changed in private.
What doctor Halle did not expect was that his son that he made, and created asked him a question “are you my father as you say and why do I have memories of my death." "I am alive now are these memories of someone else that was murdered or was it me that was murdered and now alive could you explain this to me father”.
Doctor Halle looked at his son, he said “Son I think you have memories of someone else’s that died there not yours and as for why you’re my son is because I created you!” “Like me and my wife wanted before she died twenty years ago.
“I loved and envisioned you the way she wanted you to be created as well I know she did not give birth to you!” “However, just to let you know it is the way she always wanted you to be created!” she would have to give birth today!”
“However, she died very young back then. Now I think you need sleep and I will show you to your bedroom upstairs, since were way below the upper areas of my home!”
“Therefore, it is best that we go upstairs to the main floor of my home than walk upstairs to see that you get to your bedroom!” “With to tell you son I suggest you not look at who you are right now until you’re ready for it."
"I think that your better being just who you are!” “No matter the changes of what you are and how you are created so don’t put yourself down when you see yourself in the morning."
His son nodded and as both kept talking again while they walked up the stairs from his lab in the basement of the castle to the upper floors of his home, which is in the castle.
When both finally reach the top of the stairs doctor Halle opened his door to the main floor of his castle.
Doctor Halle looked towards his son and said, “Here is your home where you will be living in son, and now since were on the main floor of the castle!” “Which is my home lets go upstairs and I will show you your bedroom where you will be staying at while you are alive now, and here with me son alright!” “However, just to let you know whenever you feel alone and need love!” “Just imagine a type of woman that is perfect for you and what you want her to be like!" “So you won’t have low self-esteem if you have it that is, and one day you may look for the right woman!” “She could possibly be there for you when she sees you someday after a few years!”
He turned around while on the stairs to look at his son to find that his son nodded his head yes and after that doctor Halle turned his head and body around. To continued to walk up the stairs with his son following him up the stairs behind him.
Once both reached the top of the stairs, both walked to through one of the halls to the west part of the castle.
He knows his son would stay in one of the bedrooms halfway down the hall away from his bedroom that he picked out for him. He wanted his son to like the bedroom that he picked out for him.
When both soon reached the front door of the bedroom. He knew he hoped that his son would love and possibly, like the bedroom he picked out for him.
He opened the front door to his son’s bedroom knowing his son is behind, he stepped back, as soon as the door was opened.
He watched as his son walked in and looked around the bedroom but did not notice the mirror yet. He is somewhat grateful for of that because soon he will have more questions to answer and he knew he would have to answer them in the morning.
He knew that, his son is still looking around the bedroom that he picked out for him he said “Son do you like your bedroom that I picked out for you to live in.”
His son looked at him when he turned to the bedroom door where his father stood, said “Yes father I do like my bedroom and it will be nice to live in it and stay in it father."
His father nodded his head yes, he said to his son “Well goodnight I will see you in the morning, but before you go to sleep." "I will tell you that I will bring you clothes to wear for in the morning when you wake up." "You must remember to not look, in the mirror in the morning unless you’re ready for what you will see." "However, you will have to accept who you are and not be upset and love yourself for who you are. and believe in yourself that anything is possible and to not put yourself down either." "Anyways I best be going too, because I have to head to my bedroom halfway down the other hallway to get to sleep so I will see you in the morning alright son”.
He noticed his son nodded his head at him, after he heard his son say a quiet goodnight to him. He closed the bedroom door and went halfway down the other hall to his bedroom to go to sleep.
He hears his father close the door to his bedroom that he will be staying in he decided to look more around and did not notice the mirror.
He is tired but noticed the bed and headed for it, after he undid the covers and pulled them halfway down.
He got into the bed and lay down in the bed, and pulled the covers over himself. He went to sleep in his bed for the night that is in his bedroom and while thinking, of what is going to happen tomorrow in the morning.
In the morning the man woke up to the noise of knocking on his bedroom door he got out of the bed that he slept in. When his father knocked and opened the door to his bedroom bringing him some clothes for him to wear.
He said to his father “Good morning father I hope you slept well last night, and I am wondering what I am going to do today when after I get dressed and go downstairs with you.”
His father looked at him with a smile said “Son what we are going to do today is get you something to put on your face." "You probably need a face mask to wear. Until it is such time when you are able to take it off." "Accept yourself for whom you are." "Just to let you know when you run out of these clothes that I am giving you" "I think there are also a few or some more in your closet I will get you some more clothes soon son.”
His son nodded said “OK father.” when his son took the clothes he brought him, he turned and left out the door to his son’s bedroom.
He is telling him “I will be waiting out here son, as soon as you are done, with changing into your clean clothes." "Just bring me your old clothes from last night, and I will have them washed.”
He turned around, closed the door to his son’s bedroom, and waited in the hall while his son is changing in his bedroom.
He hears his son open the door to his bedroom, doctor Halle turned around to notice his son looking at him. With a worried look on his face and wondered why that was for him to have the worried look on his face.
Until he realized what he said, and now knew that he both him and his son had to go downstairs to eat.
He is going to find a mask to have his son wear that could cover half of his face and not all of it because he still wanted to see his son’s face, even if he is going to wear the half mask.
When both reached downstairs and were heading straight for the dining room where he knew some of his staff that he hired for daily work will be cooking him and his son something to eat.
He decided to ask his son while thinking about what the both of them are going to eat “Son have you looked in the mirror at yourself yet; I hope you haven’t yet." "I don’t want you to; until you are ready to look at who you truly are." "Besides being my son and I would still love you either way even if you were different then me son.”
His son started at him from behind he said “Father what I would think about is that I have not looked myself in the mirror yet." "I am not sure about it so I do not know if I am ok about looking in the mirror yet father." "Nevertheless, it is good that you asked me the question I am just not sure about the answer because I have not looked in the mirror." "I have seen myself for the first time yet does that answer your question father.”
His father looked at him from behind and knew that he is happy that his son did not look in the mirror yet but knew he would someday and he would have the answer then.
Doctor Halle said to his son when he turned his back around to answer him, “You did answer my question son, but you will have to look in the mirror some day." "when you’re up for it son." "So let’s eat and then you can wear the mask that I will find for you when were done with breakfast."
After that, he turned back around, and his son followed him straight to the dining room where they will eat.
He will know to tell the staff when they see his son not to look scared at him or freak out when they see him and to keep their eyes low and not look up when they give him and his son the breakfast.
When both reached the dining room doctor Halle saw one of his staff looking at his son with a weird and frightened look when his son was not looking, he grabbed the girl by the arm.
He said to her “don’t make my son uncomfortable and give him weird or frightened looks or mean one’s either!” “If I see that I will take it as an offensive attack; and it will make my son upset!” “I will have to make you or anyone else that’s here working in daylight hours my own special experiment would you like that.”
The frightened staff staff nodded her head no and then doctor Halle said to her “Good, now you tell all the others not to look directly at my son." "To keep your eyes and the rest of the staff’s eyes low." "As well your heads down and not looking at my son." "Even when he asks you a question but you will answer his question and do what he says am I clear."
The girl nodded her head yes and then doctor Halle let her go just as he watched her run from him.
His son walked near him and said “father is there something wrong”, Doctor Halle looked at him said “no son there is nothing wrong!” “Just wanted to let one of my staff know that to keep up manners; in front of us alright." "So how about I let you follow me to the dining room and then we can eat.”
His son nodded his head yes and doctor Halle turned and headed again to the dining room where he knew some of the staff were setting plates of food on the table for him and his son.
Him and his son sat down at the table after he pointed where he wanted his son to sit at who is next to him on the left side, the food started to appear with their plates on the table.
The other staff took care of bringing drinks, but not getting in the way or staring at his son but keeping their heads low and eyes downwards as they serve the both of them meals and drinks for breakfast.
Until it was lunchtime after they serve them lunch later all of them could leave the place of residence where the doctor and his son live for the rest of the night since it is still daylight.
They never like staying at his home in the castle that long because of what happens to what they believe is not normal at nighttime.
When finished, eating their breakfast, and finished their drinks the table was cleared and both left the dining room.
For him to show his son the mask that he wanted him to where to keep half his face covered for it is a priority to do this, so he does not know not to scare anyone or females that may see him as something else.
When both continued to walk the doctor finally reached one of them rooms down the hallway away from anywhere else, and opened the door with his son following him inside.
When both were inside he turned on the light and it was a room full of all masks of all shapes and sizes. Including all different colors, and he decided on getting his son a white mask that can go on half his face for his son to wear.
He knew that his son was behind him, he knew just the right one to pick his son to wear.
When he found it and knew that when he walked back over to his son, that he will give him the mask that he picked out that is perfect for him in every way imaginable.
He wanted to have his son wear it on his face at night coming the following year.
When he gets older and could still take care of his son, and have his son find someone to love than he could marry the both of him or her.
He realizes his son found true love for himself in the long run before he gets any older.
Doctor Halle handed his son the mask he wanted him to wear on half of his face, his son took it.
He looked at his father and with affirmation for him to wear the mask from his father, he put it on his face, and together he and his father left the room where all the masks were kept.
His father decided to show him the rest of the places inside their home since he did not get to do that last night when he became alive.
His father showed him everything inside including where the bathrooms where which he did not know was one of them is inside his bedroom on the left side.
After he thanked his father for showing him around he wanted to find the library after asking his father where it was to read books about this era that him and his father live in.
As well as other things about this era that he has never learned about before and to know the time of the era, where he is now living in.
He died years ago, back then even if he thought the memories that he had were of someone else’s.
He is done reading half the books that he wanted to learn from, he decided to read books to learn about women. How he will love them, if he could learn how to find his true love. She will be the one for him for the rest of his life.
He was soon in the middle of more than one book that he is reading, and is finishing them one by one.
He hears a knock on his door he stopped his reading, he looked at the door to find his father waiting for him to come to the dining room for lunch since it reached afternoon.
He did not realize he was reading past morning and knew that his father must have been worried about him.
He asked his father “Are you worried about me father I am sorry that I have worried you today I did not realize that I was reading till it reached to the afternoon please forgive me father.”
His father looked at him with warmth in his eyes as well as a sincere look and said “son you did not have me worry I just came into the library to see if you would like to have lunch with me." "To talk to you about how this town is and what is going on in it for this year. I want you understand the consequences of going out at night." "And not daylight since you are wearing the mask alright." "So how about both of us go outside of the library and we could eat lunch son." "How does that sound son.”
His son responded back to him after putting one of his books down that his is reading said “It sounds nice to eat lunch right now father and you could tell me the consequences!" "And rules you haven’t told me before and I will abide by them father." "Let’s go before it gets to dark alright father.”
When he followed his father out of the library and into the hallway to head to the dining room, he remembered that he had to get back to the library. before the day arrives to be dark he wanted to continue to read more about what he could do with women.
If he ever finds the one and only for him in more years that could be his true love for him and love, him no matter what he looks like and sees that it is just him that she loves.
He with his father reached the dining room and soon sat down to eat their dinner and drink the drinks that were being put on the table as well.
He is eating his dinner his father said to him “Son what I would like from you whenever you go out is at nighttime before or after midnight. "Nevertheless, to reach home before the beginning of dawn reaches even if you will try to find you true love someday past the coming years, and let me see her." "That way I can approve and have you both get married am I clear.”
His soon looked at him, said “Of course it is clear father the first time I will see her she will get to meet you before we get married and have you marry us alright”.
His father and soon lunch was cleared, and the both of them left the dining room his father went his own way, while his son went back to the library to finish his reading.
Before he is able to go outside when it finally reaches nighttime for him to be out.
He arrived the library, he found his books right where he had them and went over to sit where he is sitting before, and continue to read his books to where he will soon be finished with them.
Then he could get to go outside before it reaches daylight if he does not get ready and have some fun, while also trying to find the one right for him.
He knows he could be the one to find girls wanting him, he just had to find the right one to show his father. He knew his father wants to marry him and his love once he introduces his love to his father.
When he was finally done with reading all of the books he just now finished, he went out of the library.
Before he could get into the hall his father appeared before him, said, “Here is a black cape son that I want you to wear at nighttime and midnight before it reaches dawn!" "Where you will have to be back inside before that happens alright son.”
His son nodded his head yes said “Thanks for giving me this cape father and for thinking it will keep me warm I must be going father see you soon before it reaches dawn.”
His father nodded his head yes and as soon as his father saw him leave he left for his bedroom to go to sleep.
While his son went out of the hallways and to the front doors of the castle. Where he left out the doors and with his cape and mask went to look for someone or anyone he could find that could love him for who he is and not see him and dislike him for his differences.
When his son reached outside of the castle of his home, he went to look around the town since his father is still inside the house possibly going to sleep.
He wanted to see everything and find someone he could love before it reaches past nighttime and midnight, and heading to the beginning of dawn.
He had to do what he needed and look around as well to find anything he could catch his mind on, and see if any girl he could find will love him as well, when any of them see him.
When he walked down the hill from the castle and opened the gate to go past the castle, he went out of it once it was opened and walked away from the castle to look around town. To see everything that he could see, and possibly find a woman he could love that will possibly love him.
When he toured the town, and is looking at, all the different places, he soon thought where to find the women at, and knew that he could possibly find one here soon before he has to go back to the castle.
When he continued to look everywhere he spotted a woman walking along the streets passing all the stores and everything else, he decided to approach her and see if she will be able to be with him.
He continued to walk behind her and get closer to her, when he was closer to her, he said “Miss are you lost, do you need me to walk you home, because I do not think that you should be alone at this time of night miss.”
The woman turned around to him, said, “Thank you sir." and when she got a look at him she was about to freak out and run. then the doctor’s son said “What is the matter are you afraid of me miss.”
The woman freaked out said, “Yes there is a matter with me I’m going to go while you stay here!" "Because I’m going home straight away because you’re freaking me out, and are scaring me by now."
Before the doctor’s son, had an answer and was about to speak she took off and ran the rest of the way away from him to head to home.
She left, when she saw him it made him devastated and sad he wanted to know why she did not like him. However, he did not press the issue and went back to the castle since it is almost going to be daylight. He wanted to catch some sleep before it reaches daylight soon.
He arrived back to the castle the daylight was beginning to come up a bit, so after closing the gate to the castle.
He rushed right over up the hill to open the castle doors, and get in and go to his bedroom because he wanted to get his sleep before his father woke up to talk to him about last night.
He closed the doors to the castle and rushed up the stairs, to his bedroom he took off the cape.
While keeping the mask on and lay down in the bed and went to sleep very quickly before his father wakes up and gets him out of bed.
He fell asleep, and is in deep sleep; his father quietly walked in, and tapped him on the shoulder; that woke him up, from his sleep.
His father noticed that his son is now awake and asked “Son I wanted to know how last night went for you while I was asleep in my bedroom." "I was hoping you could tell me that since I am also brining you some clothes to wear." "I hope than that you could tell me after you get dressed." "When we can take a walk in the hall. I will wait out in the hall while you get dressed in your bedroom and then you could tell me about it is that alright son.”
His son nodded said "Father am able to have a human name I haven’t looked at the books filled with names yet." "Nevertheless, I hope I can pick one out I am just wondering if I can father.”
His father looked at him with a smile said, “Of course son you can have a name what name would you like me to call you son.”
His son said, “I would like to have my name is Edmond Rowe father, since it is my own first and last name father and I want to be someone different!" "However, still me, because I will be myself just have a different first and last name is that alright father.”
His father looked at him and said, “That is alright son, now I will leave for you to get ready since I put your clothes on the nightstand next to your bed for you to dress in after you showered.”
He watched as his father left his bedroom, and the doctor's son know as Edmund Rowe knew that he had to take a shower and get dressed soon. For his father is waiting for him outside his bedroom door for him to tell him about last night.
When Edmond came out of the shower and dressed in the clothes, that his father brought him. He opened his bedroom door and noticed that his father is waiting for him.
He walked out of his bedroom and together he joined his father for walking in the hallways and talking and together both talked about what happened with him last night.
With Edmond ending his talk by saying, “She ran away from me and to her home after freaking out from me!" "when she saw me father and it made me upset and sad While feeling devastated last night as well.
His father felt sad for him said, “That must have been awful for you last night, just know that you can never give up." "No matter what, happens you have to find the right person son that would not be scared of you!" "Next time in the coming years when you go out each night and come back before dawn.”
Edmond nodded his head yes, said “Thank you for the advice you have given me father, I will never give up no matter what!" "I hope to find the right woman for me through the coming years from going out each night father.”
Both he and his father continued to walk down the halls to head downstairs for breakfast that is about to start soon. For the both of them to eat, when he and his father get to the dining room soon.
Him and his father reached the dining room after getting down the stairs and walking through the halls both sat down in their usual seats to eat their breakfast. To drink the drinks that are on the table as he and his father did yesterday.
When both were finished with their food, and drinks he and his father left their separate ways.
Edmond went to the library to see if there are any more books, which he has not read that he needed to read. To learn more about what he needs to do for his life, and for this year that his father has not told him, about yet.
When he arrived there, he in turned found one of the servants that were cleaning up and dusting the library and he found out that one of the servants is a female and wanted to approach her.
Until she went past him, and left the library room, he knew that it is weird for her to act that way.
He wanted to ask his father why he did not see female servant staffs before and if he could know why all of the staff including the females of the staff acted different around him.
However, he decided on asking later when his father has time and went to grab five books from the top shelf that he has not read. he walked to sit in his usual spot to read the five books to learn more about this town and the world.
He is done reading the five books that he read, and finished, he was about to get another set of five books.
His father came inside the library, and Edmond turned around when he heard that someone came inside the library only to find his father for him inside the library and he wondered why he was waiting for him.
He approached his father said, “Father is there something wrong, why you are waiting for me is there something you need father.”
His father doctor Halle said, “Yes son there is something I need from you and nothing is wrong and everything is fine!” “I just wanted to know if you would like to talk a walk with me son!” “Before it reaches lunch time and dinner time after that would you take a walk with me son.”
His son nodded his head yes, and followed his father and together both reach the back doors of the castle. To began to walk around, outside while talking about normal things and anything else that he knew his father wanted to know today.
Nevertheless, he left it at saying to his father “father why is all the staff including the female staff which I did not notice until I went to the library act different around me." "Did you do something father to cause them to act this way because I would like it if they were looking at me." "could they speak to me and be normal towards me father, because I was wondering if you could do that for me father can you.”
His father looked at him and sighed said, "I will do that son, ok and the whole staff will talk to you!" "I will let them get to know you too as well ok, but you have to get to know them!" "Just like you want them to get to know you alright.”
When the both of them went back inside to head to the dining hall to get at the table to sit at, eat their lunch, and drink their drinks that are brought to him and his father.
His father looked at one of the servants with a look once both he and his son began to sit down to eat their food and drink the drinks that were on the table.
With a promise that he needed to talk to all of them to have them know that all of them don’t have to act the way they had to do for him and his son, and to act normal again but be nice and respectful to his son.
When the servant panicked, he soon left after clearing the plates and drinks from the table from his master and his master’s son.
The servants left with thinking that he needed to tell everyone else, what is going to be said. By their master that had to do with all of them working here right now, that also had to do with their master’s son?
When all of them finally knew what was going to happen, all of them began to panic and did not know what to do.
Until they noticed that doctor Halle appeared before them in the kitchen said, “Now I want everyone to pay attention to what I have to say!" "Who is for everyone to get to know my son, and you get to act normal be nice and respect my son." "When he wants to get to know you, so all, of you is on your best behavior!" "For these coming years and today." "Leading into the coming weeks and months alright, so do as I say ok so do as I say alright.”
When all of the staff nodded their heads yes at what he said to them he said “Good, now be on your ways and do the chores.”
All of them nodded and went their separate ways, after doctor Halle left them to go find his son and see if he could tell him the good news before it soon becomes dinnertime. For his staff to leave after they work here and serve dinner and drinks again to go to their own homes.
Edmond was back inside the library trying to find more books to read, and see if anyone of the books he reads will be different. He wanted to learn something about from all the half of the books he read in the library already.
He picked the other books that he did not get to read, he sat down in his usual seat and began to read two at a time until he is almost through reading more than one of them.
By the time, he is done reading all the books he picked out he remembered that it is dinnertime. His father will come into the library where he is in and get him to come with him to go down the halls and to the dining room to eat dinner.
He noticed that he heard footsteps near the library door, and that he soon noticed that he realized that the footsteps are his father’s footsteps.
He wondered if his father is going to have him come out of the library to have dinner with him.
Before he has to go out at night after dinner, to look more around the town again, and possibly try to find someone that could actually love him, someday or maybe even tonight.
He sees his father came inside the library, he saw as his father began to speak “Son how about we go to the dining room for dinner son!" "And way afterwards you can go out at night when it is nighttime with a full stomach.”
His son nodded his head yes said “OK father let’s go to dinner.” After that him and his father left the library and both walked to the dining room. To go eat dinner and then he could go out afterwards when it reaches nighttime.
When both he and his father reached the dining room, to eat dinner both sat down in their usual seats, and started to eat their dinner, just after it was served along with their drinks.
When both finished their dinner and their drinks and the plates and drinks were soon cleared away from the table. Edmond bide his father goodnight, while he went upstairs to get his cape.
Then he walked downstairs knowing his father probably wanted to sleep since all the servants went home, after leaving the castle when the castle was cleaned up.
He left through the gate of the castle when he opened it he knew that he had to go about his way of finishing looking around the town.
Edmund find someone again that could actually love him, for a long time, and not be freaked out from what happened last night and want to run away from him.
He continued to look around the town until he heard a scream that sounded like a woman screaming he wanted to know what was happening.
He find out who caused the woman to scream in fright, he hoped when he finds out the problem that he could finally save her and see if she will want to be with him, once the problem is solved.
When he finally reached where the woman was screaming at, he found out that it became a real big problem. The woman looked like she was being attacked by two males who wanted to hurt her for her purse.
Edmond knew he had to take action and save her from all the books he had read he hoped his defenses in saving her from the danger she is in would be good.
He hoped with all of his quick thinking that he could save her, he decided to but in, and sees if he could take on the thugs who were trying to hurt the woman he wanted to protect from them.
When the two men saw him they were scared but knew both had to fight him at least, when both began to throw punches at him.
Both kept on missing until he landed a couple of punches on both of them, which knocked them out for the count he turned around and handed the woman back her purse.
The woman was disoriented from the attack, she thought he looked handsome until she got a hold of herself. and to not be panicked she stepped away from him, then ran away from him.
When she was far enough away from him with her purse to go somewhere else.
which this made Edmond sad, he knew he had to find someone someday that could love, him for him. To not see him for his differences and be scared of him either because he kept feeling lonely and could not let his sadness down.
He decided that before it reached past nighttime with into midnight to go back inside, the castle because he is feeling too sad to do anything tonight, and he did not want to be caught out in the daylight.
When he walked back to the castle he arrived at the castle after closing the gate and went inside the castle doors.
Just before it reached midnight, and after that the beginning of daylight.
He decided to go up to his bedroom while his father is asleep and go to bed and sleep before it reaches the beginning of being morning for him.
When he soon is in deep sleep, he dreamt of the perfect one for him that will someday meet him, that will not be scare of him when she sees him someday.
Edmond knew that he did not need to sleep for long, knowing that he knew that his father would wake him up eventually to get him up for the day and to have him do what he wanted to do for the day.
However, Edmond is curious about if he does wake up, will he have the courage to look himself in the mirror since he has never seen himself in the mirror before.
He woke up it was still morning, and he decided to get dressed before his father came in since he looked around the night before to find clothes that fit him, that are inside his closet.
He walked to his closet, and grabbed the clothes that he picked out along with shoes and socks, and went into the bathroom to take a shower and change into clothes for the day.
He will possibly look in the mirror soon, and see for him, if he is all right with himself, when he finally faces his reflection in the mirror and if he would like himself and even love himself for who he is.
After he got out of the bathroom, he went into his bedroom after he has changed into his clean clothes, and decided to, finally look, himself in the mirror.
When he stood in front of it, he decided to look at himself, and realized that he felt bad about himself.
Even if his father used to tell him something different and to believe in himself and love himself for who he is.
He knew he did not have that chance but still tried to believe in himself to see if someone will love him for his disability for what he has and see the true him and not the monster he thinks he is.
He thought more of himself as hideous but did not want to tell his father, that and knew the answer now to why all the women run away from him once they see him.
Nevertheless, he promised himself and his father he will give up, he kept going to believing in himself that he will find the one for him, that will love him someday soon for one of these years for the rest of his life.
He soon heard a knock on the door from his father, and knew that he will open the door, and Edmond moved away from the mirror.
Just as his father opened the door, and with a bright smile to his son said, “Son I would like to know what happened last night and if you had a good time this time or if it was a bad one like the night before.”
Edmond looked at his father said, “Yes father I will tell you more about it, and to say that it happened just like the night before." However, this time, I save the woman from two thugs!" "She panicked and ran away from me in fright. Once I handed the purse back to her!" "After I knocked the two guys that were hurting her out cold, do you think this will happen to me every time father.”
His father known as doctor Halle looked at him with a serious expression said, "I think even if it happened the second time if you’re careful the next time it won’t happen again." "However, you have to keep trying to find the one you love who will be in front of you someday these coming years." "That like this one will go by, and I will soon get old soon, and I still want to marry you." "The woman you will find that will love you for who you are, and see past the differences in you alright son.”
Edmond nodded at what his father said, and both left his bedroom to head down the halls and towards downstairs to get to the main floor of the castle. And go into one of the halls to head to the dining room for to eat breakfast since it is still in the morning.
When both got their and went to sit in their usual seats, Edmond decided to tell his father. About how he looked at himself in the mirror this morning.
He wondered if his father will have opinions and advice for him, “father I have something that I need to say to you that I think you need to hear it from me alright.”
His father looked at him said “what is it son is there something wrong!”
Edmond looked at his father as he said “no there is nothing wrong with me father, well to you there might be!” “What I am trying to say to you father is that I looked myself in the mirror today!” “Now I am starting to think low of myself, and think of myself as some hideous man!” “That no woman wants to be around me, and runs away from me!" "I know you told me to believe in myself and love myself, and possibly be proud of whom I am." "However, can I do that when I do not know how to do that myself!" "I won’t give up on finding the one for me father, but I will try my best not to think low of myself!" "Or put myself down do you understand my reasons for saying this to you father.”
His father looked at him with a serious expression but with sincere in his eyes. He said, “Son I know you think low of yourself right now but you must believe that you could go on and love yourself for who you are!" "No matter what you think of yourself." "Because you’re a special person to me, and I know someday you will have a special someone who could mean more to you when you find her Edmond!" "Now I think it is time to leave the table since were finished with our food!" "You can go to any other room down here you have never been to before ok Edmond.”
Edmond nodded and soon as the plates and drinks were cleared away him and his father left the dining room to go their separate ways
Edmond tried the room past the library to see what is in, and his father went to the study to study some notes about other things.
Edmond is done being in the room, and looking through things that he found interesting, he went out of the bedroom.
Just in time to go upstairs to his bedroom and grab his cape since it is beginning to get dark, and he wanted to see more of the town again.
He wanted to look at everything and possibly find another woman and keep looking for another woman each night before heads back to the castle where he lives.
He went out of his bedroom, after he has the cape on him and downstairs to head to the front doors to the castle.
Where he could go out and walk down the hill, to get through the gate, when he opens it and walk around town again, to clear his thoughts and see if he could find something, he did not see yet.
By the time, he came back, he knew after he found that woman tonight, that she was another one like the last two that were frightened and ran away from him scared as well.
He hoped when it reached the coming years, when this years is soon over or going to be over with that he could, finally found someone that will love him.
With also to not be frightened of him like all the others and will see past his differences and not run away from like the last three that did to him in three nights.
Soon days and nights passed by, every night Edmond will go out, and every night women run away from him in frightened and scared looks when they see him.
Nevertheless, Edmond never gave up his hope of finding the one that will be his true love for him, and soon believed that one day she will be at there in the coming years.
He will finally have her in the castle with him, where his father for his last wish will marry him and his true love and actually see Edmond get married before he dies.
Edmond kept waiting and waiting while going out every night, and soon it led to the coming weeks, to where on the holidays he finally has to know the staff, that his father let him know.
The servants begin to know him and started to like him, and were not scared or frightened by him anymore. Because all of them were used to him being around the castle in the daylight before it reaches nighttime where they go home.
